2. AI Disclaimer

BharatSecure uses artificial intelligence for analysis. Results are provided for guidance only and do not constitute legal or financial advice. AI detection cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Always verify suspicious content with your bank, official authorities, or cybercrime.gov.in before taking action.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit content to circumvent scam detection systems
• Use the service to harass or target individuals
• Automate bulk scanning without permission
• Reproduce or republish scan results as verified facts without independent verification

4. No Warranty

BharatSecure is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all scams will be detected.

5. Limitation of Liability

BharatSecure is not liable for any financial or other loss arising from reliance on AI scan results. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on information from this service.
